4. Return Conditions

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements.

5. How to Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Send the item to the address we provide

Please ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage.

6. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless:

  • The goods are faulty or damaged upon receipt
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The goods do not match their description

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.

7. Refunds
